To better prepare for the future of work disruptions, we must address the current skills gap in Jamaica's Global Services Sector (GSS).

The Government of Jamaica has made this a priority and is proactively addressing this through the GSS Project via its Competitive Fund; firms in the sector can access upskilling & reskilling training opportunities for their employees.
